What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Assist Field Marketing Managers (supporting Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins) for the New England Region with Brand Strategy and local activation efforts

Local PR & Activation

  • Work with digital, public relations and promotional agencies, to assist FMM in the development and implementation of promotional plans for the New England DMAs/region
  • Foster relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies, sports teams, charities, and vendors to support the FMM in developing integrated plans and customer communication materials.
  • Support the FMM in the execution details of marketing, promotion plans, and initiatives including creating, managing, and tracking marketing timelines, briefs, budgets and performance.
  • Analyze sales and program results to evaluate, quantify and benchmark marketing program performance, adjust marketing plans as needed
  • Prepare and distribute Marketing updates as-necessary
  • Assist cross-functional partners with Grand Opening/Remodel Marketing activities

Brand Strategy & Franchisee Communications:

  • Support the FMM in the development of multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies, plans, activities and implementation within the northeast to achieve sales and customer traffic targets while driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support marketing teammates, cross-functional partners, and franchisees of Dunkin’ Brands to ensure execution and participation in the marketing initiatives at the store level
  • Understands and capitalizes on local market conditions to drive profitable sales/traffic counts
  • Assist with the preparation of Ad Committee / DAC presentations
  • Assist with Pricing review and evaluation
  • Assist with POP confirmation and follow up
  • Coordinate needed sampling at DAC Meetings

What You’ll Need-

  • 2-4 years marketing experience in retail/QSR marketing
  • Local advertising/PR/event agency experience OR franchisee network marketing experience OR applicable QSR/retail experience OR Sports Marketing experience
  • Must be willing to work occasional nights / weekends depending on calendar of events
