We were first introduced to America on Shark Tank in December 2015 and we have been on a rocket ship ride ever since. We are hiring a B2B Marketing Manager to help our newly-created B2B team scale to the next level.
Our B2B channel serves professionals who use Lovepop to create stronger connections with their clients. Our customers range from individual real estate agents to marketing managers at large, international enterprises. As B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing on the entire lead acquisition strategy for our B2B team. This is a unique opportunity to help a growing startup as a leader on the marketing team.

What you'll do here:

    • Innovate our marketing strategy by testing new channels that can help us scale while keeping our marketing spend efficient
    • Collaborate with our management team to develop our monthly spend and lead generation goals
    • Work with our B2B product and sales teams to develop lead quality metrics to ensure we meet overall B2B customer acquisition targets
    • Execute and optimize our digital advertising campaigns for B2B
    • Lead our B2B email campaigns, with support from our email and creative design teams
    • Partner with our creative design team to run our catalog marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with sales to plan large events

What you'll bring to the table:

    • The ability to coordinate multiple teams, both internal and external, to craft elevated marketing campaigns
    • Strong ecommerce marketing fundamentals that will allow you to lead online campaigns and expand online marketing channels
    • A strong analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing our B2B marketing mix
    • A passion for the Lovepop brand and our B2B product
