Description

InsightSquared is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Enablement Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Enablement, to design and develop customer-centric content, including: training videos, e-learning courses, articles, and other materials for our customers. Along with creating content you should be comfortable handling the delivery of the materials you create.

Since training is essential for enabling our clients understanding of InsightSquared’s products, this individual must have experience designing and delivering engaging training programs and have a passion for continuous learning so that they are bringing best practices in learning to our customers.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating across multiple teams to ensure that our customers’ needs are met and that content is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
o Design, develop, and iterate on highly polished, customer-facing training videos, slide decks,
certification assessments, and other learning programs
o Develop and lead online trainings or workshops for customers and internal stakeholders
o Assist in the promotion and logistics of executing large scale customer webinars such as:
o Creating marketing materials and course descriptions
o Producing evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training courses
o Developing supporting documentation to be shared with customers post-session
o Write and edit help content, including help center articles
o Collaborate effectively across InsightSquared teams to communicate and deliver on unique
customer needs
o Independently manage multiple training programs through various stages of creation

Skills and Experience Required
o 2-5 years of related experience preferred, customer-facing education experience a plus
o High instructional/learning experience design and visual design skills
o Experience with online and classroom facilitation (ideally to customers)
o Ability to learn quickly and take on challenging or ambiguous new projects with enthusiasm
o Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor
o Experience with Salesforce, Marketo & HTML a plus
o Previous experience in tech startup environment preferred
o Travel as needed to support on-site trainings and client visits
