We're looking for an experienced B2B digital marketer with demonstrated success in developing, tracking, implementing and optimizing our B2B marketing strategy. You will lead a diverse range of campaigns from strategy and design through development and execution (both B2B and B2B2C). You will have a meaningful impact on the fast-growing Care@Work business, which provides families access to high quality care through their employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Develop and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop content and digital marketing strategy to drive demand, grow pipeline, and nurture prospects in target segments. Enable Sales reps to build and nurture relationships by equipping them with personalized content to engage with prospects and customers at multiple touch-points
  • Drive successful conversion of prospective buyers to active customers through integrated mix of activities: digital, field, SDR programs
  • Develop, test and scale effective digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, and social
  • Leverage data and analytics to create campaigns for at targeted audiences
  • Oversee the company's web properties and marketing automation tools
  • Direct a structured and strategic analytics and reporting program that drives speed and clarity in decision making on investments
  • Understand and empathize with our amazing customers and end-users, their mindsets, goals, and motivations, and translate that understanding into creative marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with product development to optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

We value smarts and drive! We'd also like to see:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Broad knowledge and proven experience in demand generation, digital, social, and sales enablement
  • Intellectually curious, agile, adventurous, and innovative professional who is excited to come to work everyday to solve meaningful problems
  • Prior experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across the organization
  • Desire to strive for breakthrough campaign ideas that deliver positive ROI and meaning to our customers' organizations and users' lives
  • Ability to use analytics and data to tell a story, and report on content, social, and web performance, conversion ratios and other KPIs
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth environment or start-up a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
