The North America Field Marketing Manager works closely with sales and marketing partners to build content and sales resources that support product launches, improve flywheel dynamics, and align with other company initiatives.

In this role, the marketer will uncover and evaluate areas of opportunity within the flywheel that will have the largest impact on the North America sales team. At times that may mean developing campaigns and creating assets such as landing pages, emails, or videos to help surface our most qualified leads and free users to sales. Sometimes that may mean hosting interactive sessions with integration partners, prospects and customers to show the power of using an all-in-one platform solution and help sales to increase the average deal size of an opportunity. Other times that may mean using customer references and testimonials as a way to help sales close new and cross-sell business. The person in this role should be excited to challenge the way we market today and explore new ideas for how we identify, engage and close qualified opportunities with sales.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Measure and offer actionable recommendations for flywheel health and plays to meet or exceed flywheel goals
  • Make strategic decisions by aligning goals with the needs of the sales team, the customer, the prospect and the business
  • Show leadership by planning, communicating and managing projects collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Develop content such as case studies (written and video), email copy (from both marketing and sales voices), and presentations that tell a clear story
  • Challenge what exists today and create more efficient ways of achieving better results through automation (either with internal or external tools)
  • Build ongoing and open relationships with sales managers and sales reps to create a constant feedback loop and understand challenges they’re facing that field marketing can help solve
  • Become the internal segment, industry and role-based expert for sales within marketing
  • Test new channels and evaluate software solutions to help you reach your goals

We are looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about managing projects with multiple partners and channels
  • Have worked with marketing automation and CRM tools to build and execute campaigns
  • Have experience working with sales teams to close new and cross-sell business
  • Have a proven track record of achieving buy-in for their work across departments
  • Are able to back decisions with data and love digging into results and reports
  • Are obsessive over impact and results; able to tie campaign results to company revenue
  • Are strong writers who can easily shift styles for different audiences
  • Are creative and innovative; will do the same thing twice if it’s effective, yet never short on new ideas
  • Are able to manage copywriting and design projects to develop new content
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration and can easily get disparate teams to work together
  • Have experience marketing B2B SaaS solutions
  • Have experience collaborating with global teams
  • Have knowledge of HubSpot or the inbound methodology
