The Paid Search Coordinator will work closely within our Integrated Media client teams supporting the Media Supervisors and Specialists with the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns to deliver strong business results. This person would be responsible for supporting and executing paid search strategies for a diverse list of clients. This person must be a multi-tasker, a quick learner, who is proficient with Excel and be able to work productively with minimal supervision.


  • Assist in the strategy development and execution for paid search campaigns
  • Assist in competitive analyses – brand positioning, product portfolio & pricing, distribution channels, current search landscape and marketing mix
  • Drive the execution of paid search marketing programs to meet client needs
  • Manage implementation of program and strategy to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to
  • Manage multiple paid search budgets and forecasts for assigned client programs;
  • Assist in paid search and media competitive analyses – keyword/bidding strategy, architecture review, content/bidding optimization, and offsite authority
  • Present client business and marketing recommendations
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare, analyze and present results and reports for clients to measure the value/impact of performance based programs
  • Consistently demonstrate thought leadership in search and digital marketing;

Required skill-sets:

  • BA in Marketing or related field
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing, and digital marketing
  • 1+ years of combined search experience, preferably in an Agency environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail;
  • Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly;
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing;
  • Knowledge of AdWords, DoubleClick Search and DCM a plus
