Position Overview

Are you passionate about social media marketing and storytelling? Do you like to build strategies that allow brands to engage with their audiences in meaningful ways?

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to create and maintain a strong social media presence for Autodesk’s Infrastructure business. Your role is to execute on the vision and strategy for the Infrastructure business line on social media by developing social media strategies, conceptualizing and overseeing the creation of original content as well as analyzing and reporting on campaign results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute on platform-specific social media strategies that increase web traffic and build brand affinity with relevant audiences
  • Research and analyze audience behavior to optimize content and posting strategies
  • Employ social listening to gather valuable customer insights and build relevant communication strategies
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar and posting schedule
  • Report on ROI and campaign results
  • Collaborate with other teams for impactful results on cross-functional campaigns
  • Independently manage social media budget with a view to constantly optimize spending
  • Suggest new ways to engage existing and prospective followers through social media
  • Oversee creation of and / or develop original, platform-optimized content
  • Develop social media strategies that support the full purchase funnel by tracking and analyzing site behavior
  • Lead customer advocacy and influencer program
  • Lead community management program
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications        

  • Experience in content/social marketing arena
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business Administration or a relevant Marketing field
  • Proven work experience as a social media manager with a portfolio of successful and integrated social media campaigns at a global scale
  • Expertise in all leading social media platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to identify key themes and needs for the business
  • Ability to identify future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Good understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver and art direct development of creative content (text, image and video)
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
  • Ability to work effectively in global virtual teams, and dispersed teams
  • Demonstrates initiative and is self-driven
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs
  • Data driven marketer who uses market intelligence and analytics to measure and optimize marketing efforts and programs
