Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for a holistic view of our marketing approach - inclusive of email, text, social, affiliate, PR, and catalog (and more!). Using a keen creative eye, aligned with key data insights and operational execution, this Senior Manager will drive both growth and health of our direct-to-consume brand. The role will report directly to the Co-Founder / President, and will support Executive leaders in setting and evaluating Ministry of Supply's business strategy, identify and drive cross-functional projects in partnership with functional leads, and help to unlock new growth opportunities. Responsibilities include
- Driving quality traffic: ownership of all major marketing channels, primarily inclusive of email, catalog, social, and affiliate
- Promote growth: full ownership of related analytics, with the vision to grow our marketing reach, stack, and efficiency
- Manage and lead the marketing team: 2 direct reports, and multiple outside agencies that will require hands on support and alignment
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 2+ years in a relevant role
Expectations: On-site (Boston) full time to start, ultimately up to 50% remote longer term
