The Vice President of Digital Marketing is a key member of our marketing leadership team who will manage the digital strategy for our brand. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will provide digital thought leadership and emulate a culture of innovation across the organization, acting as a key point of contact for all things digital. We are looking for a creative, visionary, and energetic leader who will set our foundation, optimize our channels and spend, and develop reports and standards to measure success and progress. Digital marketers have always been the core of our team, driving performance and growth that impact every other facet of the organization.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who is excited and wants to get back into the day-to-day execution of developing and managing advertising campaigns intended to generate demand and drive conversion. The VP of Digital Marketing will work collaboratively with the marketing team to write ad copy and landing pages; they will work with our creative group to produce compelling assets that garner clicks and conversions; they will conduct split tests, analyze data and metrics, and optimize media to maximize ROI/RoAS.
A successful candidate will be data-driven and have a track record of taking successful new bets on growth. We are looking for a resourceful leader who demonstrates a high EQ and has a “can-do” attitude. This candidate will have managed significant media budgets. We want a candidate excited about taking bigger, calculated risks to drive new growth strategies.

Responsibilities
What You Will Work On:
- Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Deliver technical expertise coupled with thought leadership to energize and improve the digital marketing reach.
- Build, develop, manage, and mentor a world-class team of expert digital marketers.
- Own and improve the scale and return of eCommerce marketplace campaigns.
- Devise best-in-class off-platform advertising strategies to drive retail sales.
- Apply consumer psychology to produce compelling messaging designed to sell.
- Work collaboratively and resourcefully to source full-funnel creative assets.
- Build and maintain detailed analytics and performance reporting across media.
- Establish and enhance relationships with advertising platform account managers.

Job Requirements
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience within the digital marketing space, preferably in the consumable consumer-packaged goods industry.
- An expert at using current marketing tools and strategies to lead paid media campaigns from concept to execution.
- High level of expertise creating, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns through ad serving tools (Google, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Ability and passion for driving organization-wide education regarding unique practices and methodology to improve online/digital marketing
- Results-oriented, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates learnings to the rest of the team
- Detail-oriented, driven, and organized marketer with an insatiable desire to win
